This may be the most important piece. Once booked, prior to any photoshoot sessions, I first need to do a due diligence review of the course and property. Here I will scout the lay of the land, ask any questions, and prep for how to efficiently and effectively capture all the best shots. Lighting and timing are critical to producing great results, which all stem from a proper due diligence review.

Here is the fun part. Once all preparation is complete, it is time to photograph the course. The photoshoot phase can be thought of in sessions. The number of sessions required may vary depending on the size of the project. All sessions will happen in the morning hours of sunrise or the evening hours of sunset to capture the best lighting. Each session may last about 4 hours give or take depending on the conditions. (This is the only variable I understandably cannot control, however proper preparation and planning can help bring the most value to each session). Here I will need to be cautiously aware of the activity on the property, prioritize safety while flying, and ensure that I am zero distraction to any members and guests.

This is where the magic happens. Once the photoshoot sessions are complete, the post-processing phase will begin. Here is where all the edits, touch-ups, and final revisions will be made using professional industry-standard software. The timeline of this phase will again depend on the size of the project, however, I will provide continuous updates and set reasonable expectations for completion.

The final product. All deliverables must be client approved before the project is considered complete. Once satisfied, the final deliverables will be presented through an online link that can be shared for immediate access as well as a physical flash drive containing all the files. Images are exported at their highest resolution and video files are delivered in 4K HD.
