The Grizzly

The Grizzly, designed by Jack Nicklaus and Desmond Muirhead, opened its doors in Mason, Ohio on July 1, 1972. Named after the ferocity and splendor of the legendary Golden Bear, this course boasts an array of beautifully crafted holes that showcase the natural beauty of the area. With long, intricate fairways, strategic water and tree hazards, and an assortment of bunkers, the Grizzly offers a challenging yet picturesque golfing experience. Now owned by the City of Mason, this par 71 course spans from 5,572 to 6,474 yards, providing an exciting challenge for all skill levels.
